Local entrepreneur Raya Al-Hashmi turned to AlphaGraphics when she needed practical advice about displaying her photography.
The Need
Entrepreneur and photographer Raya Al-Hashmi came to AlphaGraphics with a question: how best to display her colorful, photos of Roxbury, MA, residents? She had a tight, 24-hour deadline. Her photos would be part of an exhibition showcasing her evocative portraits.
Solution
When Raya visited AlphaGraphics’ Portsmouth office, she was referred to Justin, our print production manager. The two discussed her options in detail. “He listened attentively, then walked me though my options and offered his professional opinion about how to execute the project,” she says. Justin recommended that Raya mount her color photos on easels that could be easily transported and displayed.
The Results
Raya uploaded her photos to our online plan room; minutes later, a proof was printed for her approval. The project was turned around the same day, enabling her to easily meet her deadline. “I had seven beautiful portraits mounted on easels and wrapped carefully for me to take,” she says. “I had many compliments on the quality of my photography display.”
